A global telecoms firm has commissioned GC Marshall to create a performance tracking system for its vendor partners.
They are seeking an alternative to disparate reports currently managed within Excel, and are investigating the suitability of GC Marshall’s Air Traffic Control solution.
The pilot will capture project and service performance in a consistent way - providing the ability to analyze and drill down into any combination of project, service, country & supplier.
The goal is to drive:

- service and project improvements
- negotiations through scientific performance data
